Specimen Apex

Specimen Apex was a top secret project developed by the government at Area 51 to create the (Perfect Assassin) for killing high value targets. Arming them with bullet-proof skin and lightning speed the government strategically aimed them at anything they considered a threat. If seen by civilians they were dismissed as an urban legend or something from the devil himself. Unfortunately during one of there deployments there was a breach in the lab, an underdeveloped specimen slaughtered his way out. Especially dangerous with his mind unstable and his skin not complete. He now wonders aimlessly through the desert of Western America.
